Adaptive reuse of 1960s warehouse

In Mid-town Sacramento’s vibrant retail neighborhood, the project included rehabilitation of the flagship store and addition of the west coast corporate headquarters including modern offices and conference rooms. The new design opened up the masonry warehouse in the rear creating a new entrance, a welcoming and light filled double height entry lobby, and an outdoor patio. Simple industrial and warm natural materials were used to create an inviting, healthy and open workplace.
