Affordable, Multi-family Housing, Supportive Housing

The Edwin M. Lee Apartments is the first building in San Francisco to combine affordable and supportive housing for previously unhoused veterans and low-income families. The project includes 119 homes and comprehensive support services for the residents, as well as a large private landscaped central courtyard. It is an equitable and sustainable community having received a Green Point Rated Platinum Certification. The development is dedicated to the late mayor of San Francisco Edwin M. Lee, and is a fitting tribute to his housing priorities.
